As You Like It Response I thought the play As You Like It was a good play. I really enjoyed watching it.I liked the play because I loved how it was set in the 80’s but they modernized it a little bit so we could understand it. While watching the play, I really liked how the costumes looked. I liked that the costumes reflected on the characters and showed us their personality. I also really liked how colorful they were and how they were all set to look like they were in the 80’s.
Another thing I enjoyed about the play was how they were good at acting out their characters. Like for example, I liked how the person who played Celia and Duke Senior changed the way she was standing and acting when she played Celia verses when she played Duke Senior. Another person I think did very well when they acted was the girl who played Rosalind and Ganymede. I just loved the way she was when she was the two characters.
Something that I really enjoyed was how they didn’t let the bell mess them up. They just went along with it. I liked all the sound effects and how they made it seem real. The music also made the play funnier; it showed us the relationship between the characters. I liked how all the songs they played were from the 80’s. I honestly really liked the play. I think it was relatable, and I really enjoyed the people who came to act the play out. They were sweet and funny. If I could have them come and act another play out, I would totally be there to see it. I really like the play. Student's Choice Semester I & II Reflection Questions
